ORDERING

The merchandise on our website is handcrafted by individual artists. We strive to maintain the highest standards with the work we sell. However, due to the nature of handcrafted items, variations and subtle differences may occur. This uniqueness is what makes handcrafted items so special.

All orders will be confirmed by email. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and give you an estimated ship date. If the ship date is satisfactory, we will charge you a 50% deposit on the item you ordered. The remaining balance will be charged prior to the item being shipped to you.

Generally, internet orders are processed within 24 hours. After that, we are not able to guarantee that we can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an on line order, please contact the gallery or email us as soon as possible.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax on items shipped out of New York State. Items being shipped within New York State are charged 8% sales tax on the total sale including shipping.

SHIPPING

Depending on the item ordered we will ship either UPS Ground or USPS. All items are securely packed and fully insured. A tracking number can be provided upon request. Charges will be shipping cost plus a $2.95 packing and handling fee. We only ship within the continental United States. For orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact the gallery directly.

If you wish to expedite your shipping by overnight, 2nd day air, express mail, etc. Please contact the gallery directly with your order. Prices will vary depending on shipping method.

Gift wrapping is available free of charge. Please indicate at the time of your order if you would like this service.

DAMAGE

If an item that you received arrives damaged, please do the following:

  1. Contact the gallery as soon as possible
  2. Save all packing materials including the outside carton
  3. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

We strive to sell the highest quality crafts. If you are not satisfied with your on line purchase, it may be returned in it’s original condition for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact the gallery to initiate your return. The item must be repacked using secure packing materials and be fully insured.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you choose to do a special order with us, we will do our best to help you with your request. Special orders are considered final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Clouds Gallery does not share or sell your personal information with any individuals or any other companies. Any information you provide to us is strictly confidential and only used in helping us to provide you with the highest quality service.

Clouds Gallery uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology to insure that your on line purchase is handled securely. This security technology provides a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers.
